Chile & Atacama
Start in Chile, via Valparaíso and through the Atacama. Plus Tatio Geyser, Iquique and desert landscapes with real Dakar atmosphere.
Andes, Atacama, Catamarca, volcanoes, salt flats, Altiplano, Uyuni and – if you wish – even Machu Picchu and the Amazon. From the very first day, this journey pulls you into a world of endless landscapes, altitude, dust, colors and true expedition feeling.
This journey lives from constant change: one moment on the Pacific, then in the desert, shortly afterwards high up in the Altiplano, among volcanoes, salt flats and the high Andes. These contrasts are what make South America so unmistakable.
This is not a routine route, but an authentic South America adventure packed with nature and riding highlights.
With map material and, on request, GPS points or tracks, each rider can shape the daily stages in their own style and pace.
The support vehicle carries luggage and provides assistance, so the motorcycle stays light and the riding days become much more relaxed.
From sea level to around 5,000 meters, from the Pacific to the high Andes and, if you wish, all the way to Machu Picchu and the Amazon.
After four or five days, it is almost impossible to keep track of everything you have already seen and experienced – South America simply overwhelms the senses in the best possible way.
This journey combines world-famous places with sections that even experienced long-distance travelers will not forget.

Those who choose the extension add a completely different side of South America: culture, highlands, jungle and some of the continent’s most iconic destinations.
A gigantic high-altitude lake at around 3,800 meters – a true highlight simply because of its location and atmosphere.

A vast canyon and further spectacular coastal and highland sections make Peru the perfect extension.
